Elizabeth Voight 2018 Pennsylvania State Fair Queen On June 19, I attended my second fair which was the Schnecksville Community Fair!  What a great way to kick off the summer fair season.  I enjoyed passing out ribbons at the Dairy Show.  Then, it was a pleasure to speak at the opening ceremonies and tour the fairgrounds with the Allentown Fair Queen!  Saw some familiar faces and enjoyed visiting with Mr. Harry Reffner and many others.  I ended the night having a lovely dinner in the fair office with many of the fair volunteers.  Thank you Schnecksville Fair for your warm hospitality!

Elizabeth Voight 2018 Pennsylvania State Fair Queen On May 26th, I had an awesome time representing the state as the Pennsylvania State Fair Queen at the Annville Memorial Parade!  I rode on a float with Ms. Alayna Harrell who is serving as the Lebanon County Teen Miss United States Agriculture.  It was a great way to honor those who have and are currently serving our country! Elizabeth Voight 2018 Pennsylvania State Fair Queen On May 9th, I had the privilege to speak at the Spring Rally of the Society of Farm Women of Pennsylvania.  I enjoyed visiting with over 200 women from across the state of Pennsylvania about agriculture.  Speaking on the future generation involved with agricultural industry, I shared my story about my family heritage in agriculture and what I plan to do in the future.  Lebanon County was the host for this event, and I was honored to be apart of it!  This special event just reaffirmed my believe that women have and will continue to play an important role in the farming industry! Mrs. Zeigler and I! Over 200 women at the Spring Rally! Enjoyed catching up with Mrs. Catherine Schott who was the main chef in the Eatery at the Lebanon Area Fair for many years!
